WALT: there are many different vocations in the church.

Kate came and shared with us this morning about our church, what it means to be a part of our church, and the vocations in our Church.

We discussed how we are children of God, called to holiness through

Baptism. 

Our family is our first church, our "domestic church."

Then there is our Parish, St Patricks Parish- The Parish of the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit.

Some vocations in our church that we brainstormed and talked about are:

- musicians

- Altar servers

- greeters

- cleaners

- flower ladies

- readers

- children's liturgy

- communion to the sick

- administration

- deacons and priests

- Bishop
